What the test measures

Two tests in one report. HPI shows how I typically behave at work when things go well. MVPI shows what drives me and the environment I do well in.
The numbers are percentiles. 50 is the middle. 99 means that 99 out of 100 in the comparison group score lower. A high number is not better than a low one. It says how pronounced the trait is.

This page shows the scales where I score highest. The report has more, including the ones where I score low, and a section on how I react under sustained pressure.
